Christopher Brooks has spent over three decades building and leading sales teams in the technology sector. He has managed enterprise projects across seven countries, earned recognition from some of the most respected names in the industry, and developed the systems and frameworks that became the foundation of the Sales 101 series.
Beyond sales leadership, Christopher serves as VP of Operations at Tuor.ca and has spent much of his career as a sought-after consultant. For six years he served as VP to the advisory board of a Fortune 200 company — an engagement built on the same clarity-first approach to strategy and operations that runs through everything he does.
The Sales 101 series started as a simple conviction: that most sales training fails because it replaces human instinct with script. The best salespeople already know what to do. The job of a good framework is to help them stop forgetting it.
Christopher is also the founder of This Is Love, a folk and soft rock band from Halton Hills, Ontario. The band's motto is Simple Acts of Kindness. Proceeds from the Sales 101 series support the band's charitable mission — Kids Help Phone, Autism Ontario, Walk to End ALS, and local food banks.
He also runs SubmitMusic.ca, a free platform where independent artists submit songs for consideration on curated Spotify playlists operated under the This Is Love brand. It is a 100% free contribution back to the music community — artists get playlist exposure, and the platform handles submission queues, artist profiles, and playlist management.
Away from the desk, Christopher is a licensed captain who has sailed extensively across the Great Lakes, the Caribbean, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Atlantic Ocean aboard his catamaran. He also does boat restoration as a hobby — the kind of patient, methodical work that turns out to share more with good leadership than most people would expect.
