1. Acceptance

By using the Sales 101 Book Directory (sales-101.ca/directory), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the directory.

2. Free to Use

The directory is free to browse and free to list in. We make no guarantee that the directory will remain free forever, but we will provide reasonable notice if pricing is ever introduced. Any such changes would apply to new listings only and would never retroactively charge for existing free listings.

3. No Guarantee of Listing

Submitting a book does not guarantee it will be published in the directory. We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion. Reasons for removal include but are not limited to: inaccurate information, inappropriate content, spam, or violation of these terms.

4. Author Responsibility

As an author listing a book, you represent that:

• The book information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You have the right to list the book (you are the author, publisher, or an authorized representative).
• Any coupon codes, buy links, or redemption URLs you provide are valid and under your control.
• Cover images you link to are publicly accessible and you have the right to use them.

5. Pinned Positions

Certain positions in the Top 10 and Top 50 lists may be designated as "Pinned" at the discretion of the directory administrators. Pinned positions are not available for purchase. They are used to highlight books that best represent the spirit of the directory. All other positions are earned organically through backlinks and reader engagement.

6. Prohibited Content

The following are not permitted in the directory:

• Adult content, explicit sexual material, or erotica.
• Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against any group.
• Books that do not exist or have been fabricated.
• Spam listings created solely to generate backlinks.
• Listings created by automated bots or scripts.

7. Right to Remove Listings

We reserve the right to remove any listing, suspend any account, or reject any submission at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. We are not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — that result from a listing being removed.

8. No Warranty

The directory is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about uptime, availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from the directory, including author websites and buy links.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the directory after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Major changes will be announced on the directory homepage.
